Discipline: who's responsible, parents or teachers?

Woodbridge College in Toronto, Canada, is one sch ool that has succeeded in disciplining its students. The school administrators wi th his competent staff drew up a list of behavioral codes for students. Parents a ppreciated the school's efforts and they also learned to understand Woodbridge's policy of equating discipline with caring.
