Diversity Dialogues: National conference on working mother 2003 Best companies for women of color
Article Abstract:
A National conference was organized, where leaders gathered to celebrate companies that encourage multicultural programs and throw light on combination of women from different races, who have outperformed without hampering their progress and made themselves a self reliant individual. The opinions of well-known personalities from service industry like Stephanie Bell-Rose of Goldman Sachs Foundations, IBM's Lucy Chan, Shubha Barry of Merrill Lynch and many others are described.

Making the difference: best companies for women of color 2003
Article Abstract:
Awards for the best companies are provided since 17 years when the first Best Companies for Working Mothers were created. For this award, an employee survey is included as a part of the process, and a package is created which contains profiles of each company, including a breakout of some of the most compelling data that tell the story of their progress.
