The American Business Women's Assn. (ABWA) is an organization whose main mission is to provide women with a wealth of opportunities in business. To achieve this goal, the association conducts training programs and provides members a 'tool kit' containing materials that aim to help them develop their business skills. ABWA has also designed a series of videos that discuss and demonstrates techniques on how members can be successful in their business. It also publishes articles on topics related to skills development in 'Women in Business' as part of its continuing education program.

Article Abstract:
The American Business Women's Assn. (ABWA) believes it can perform its mission of providing women with a wealth of employment opportunities through networking. ABWA says that large local chapters create a strong support network necessary in building effective employment programs because they are more effective in building business relationships with the community. Large chapters are also more effective in providing members with ABWA's benefits and helps them improve their skills and expand their knowledge on business.
