Doing it their way
Article Abstract:
The members of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA) ensure the success of the organization by focusing the organization's values around the ideals of its founder, Hilary A. Bufton Jr. The ABWA, established in 1949, continuously offers its members learning opportunities through leadership and educational programs and encourages them to join fund-raising activities and other charitable events. Another factor that contributes to the success of ABWA is the tailoring of chapter activities to the needs and interests of its members.
