There are ways to make everyday work more manageable, more productive and even more fun, despite the stress that is normally correlated with it. To make work more enjoyable, one must avoid making too many commitments, become self-absorbed, heed solicited advice, get the most difficult tasks over with, and refrain from taking criticisms seriously.

Infant formulas pose several problems to mothers who do not breastfeed their babies. Common problems encountered include lactose intolerance, colic or even milk allergy. The variety of formulas available in the market all have the same nutritional value although a few come in specialized preparations.
