Enthusiasm builds for Fight the Right March

Article Abstract:

The National Organization for Women (NOW) is making efforts to make the Fight the Right March in San Francisco a success. The East and West Coast states are showing great enthusiasm, and preparations are on for a fight with the religious right wing. An eight-minute video cassette is available, and people with networking facilities have the ability to access on-line information about the march. Representations from battered women, lesbians, gays, and poor people and the enthusiasm to oppose steps against affirmative action and lesbian and gay rights are high.
