Gibaud has no medical degree but is a trained nutritionist, she believes that by examining a client's face under a bight light, including the color of the skin around the eyes and the mouth, the thickness of the hair and certain wrinkles or lines, she can identify nutritional needs and tolerances that conventional medicines misses. Gibaud says her clients lose weight, get glowing skin and see cheekbones they haven't seen in years.
