Federal procurement opportunities for women business owners: good news--bad news scenario

Women own more than half of US firms but they are not able to obtain federal contracts. This situation is changing slowly and the challenges faced by these women-owned businesses and how to overcome them is discussed. The procedure of submitting proposals to prime contractors is also elaborated.
