Fighting the big guys

Article Abstract:

Small business cannot compete with multinationals or conglomerates in terms of diversity of services, finances, or staffing. Small businesses also have the edge over large firms in terms of flexibility due to lesser policies and more personalized service. Managers can also utilize tools such as the Internet in disseminating information about their firm and save on costs and time.
