Fitness: firm up your arms
Article Abstract:
Three simple exercises are presented that will help to tone and build the muscles of the arms. Chair dip and close grip push-up are designed to tone the triceps, muscles on the back of the arms. The concentration curl will firm up the biceps, those muscles on the front of the arms.
