Mothers can choose from five healthful yet enjoyable menus that will allow them to eat well through pregnancy and breastfeeding. The meals are based on the principles of balance, variety and moderation. They include a vegetarian meal comprised of oatmeal for breakfast, peanut butter and jelly sandwich and skim milk for lunch and tofu stir-fry with brown rice for dinner.
