For crying out loud

Article Abstract:

Babies communicate by crying. They have different types of cries to say that they are hungry, tired, uncomfortable, in pain, bored, colicky, teething or sick. Crying can be minimized with the use of mirrors, a baby carrier or white noise. It can also be calmed by singing or dancing, a warm bath and comfort sucking.
