Exercising outdoors can be fun. Aside from enjoying the fresh air, grass and trees, people can engage in activities that are not offered in gyms such as running tree slaloms, hopping over meadows and playing frisbee. An outdoor workout program developed by performance consultant Peter Shmock is described.
