Getting my daughter dressed would be a breeze if it weren't for those excruciating sock bumps!

Article Abstract:

A mother describes her daughter's struggles with what she calls sock bumps. The way to get rid of a sock bump is to take off the child's shoe, solemnly stare at the sock, and tug at the sock to remove the bump. Unfortunately, all socks have bumps, and the condition always returns.
