Beans and grains are low-fat foods that provide substantial amounts of complex carbohydrates, which are healthy. Recipes that have as ingredients beans and healthful grains are presented, and include arroz con pollo pronto, Mexican chicken-and-bean salad, and wheat berry-veggie salad.
