Is aerobics dead?
Article Abstract:
Fitness devotees now look at aerobic workouts as too soft although for some, this was their introduction to the world of the gymnasium. The benefits of aerobics were outweighed by its general lack of effectiveness. Athletic training is the more popular method today.

Cardio Combat
