Good to great

Article Abstract:

Eleven of the 1,435 companies examined for their performance over the 40 years were selected for the road they took towards success. Essentials of business are provided to help transform companies from good to great. Companies that became highly successful had no magic moment, but instead these good-to-great companies focused on what was important and eliminated all extraneous distractions.

There has been an increase in the turnover of CEOs, due to poor performance. For a CEO to be successful, he should be able to manage people, motivate them and increase their morale, which will in turn increase the productivity and profitability of the organization.
