Goodbye chaos, hello success!

Article Abstract:

Vickie Reid's involvement with the Omaha Downtown Chapter of American Business Women's Assn. (ABWA) has greatly enriched both her professional and personal lives. Having served in various leadership positions, such as secretary and president, she says that her ABWA experience has helped her develop negotiating, delegating and teamwork skills. These abilities, in turn, have made it possible for her to be promoted to Creighton University's vice president for academic affairs. Reid also credits the organization for enabling her to enjoy her professional success and her family.
