Hair-color hell

Article Abstract:

A working mother ended up with bright red-orange hair after a visit to the hair salon to have her tresses dyed light brown with blond streaks. Since she had to leave to pick up a child at day camp, she returned the next day and, luckily, finally got the brown and blond hair she wanted in the first place.
