Personal trainer Greg Isaacs advises women to do barbell squats and rear lunges with kicks to tone their thighs. Women can tone their hips by using a Smith machine and doing side boxing kicks, and they can tone their abdomen by doing crunches and hip lifts. Instructions are presented.
