Article Abstract:
Findings of a study reveal that the human capital is the 'true' determinant of survival and that the correlation between financial capital and survival is not true. Provision of finance is discovered to be influenced by demand, with banks supplying funds elastically and business requests controlling take-up. Firms self-select for funds based on the human capital endowments of the proprietors with 'better' businesses more likely to make a borrowing.

Sassoon, Vidal

Sassoon is the man who freed women from time-consuming chores of styling their hair with his innovative haircuts. Sassoon opened his first salon in 1954, and by the late 1960s, he started marketing his own shampoos and conditioners. He is a member of the US and British Hairstyling Hall of Fame.
