Healthy dreaming

Article Abstract:

Dreams have been long associated with the unconscious mind. Most psychologists claim that the proper interpretation of dreams could help in problem-solving and self-examination. To do this, an effort must be made to remember one's dreams on a regular basis and log them in a daily diary upon awakening.
