Dietitians say that people put forth many reasons for not eating healthy foods, ranging from labeling healthy living as time consuming or not easy on the wallet to fantastic excuses like abhorrence for fish or having a terrible sweet tooth. These excuses not withstanding, easy ways by which one can stick to a healthy diet are suggested including tips on how to overcome common phobias so that the weight loss program is not derailed.
