Hidden sodium

Salt is easier to eliminate from a person's diet than sodium. Sodium shows up in unsuspected places, especially in processed foods. The best way to eliminate sodium is to eat more natural foods, and to check the percentages on the new food labels for 'sodium,' or 'Na.'
