Parents of children with learning disabilities are often faced with the dilemma of labeling their children as such. If the child is not labeled as learning disabled, the school may not provide him/her with the appropriate educational services. However, the label may be harmful to the child in regards to his/her interactions with other schoolmates and teachers.

Hurried lunches have become the norm in most of the schools, as children get very little to have lunch as they have to pursue other activities in school. School officials have refused to extend the lunch hour, as they have to lay emphasis on arts or physical education with shortened lunch period.
