A woman shares how she was able to manage drinking eight glasses of water a day, considering that she is the type of person who hated water. She has realized the importance of drinking water, thus she drinks it due to its efficacy, not for its taste, aroma or texture.

Studies have revealed that women's sense of smell is sharper and smarter compared with that of men. Women can determine odors easily and accurately because both sides of women's brain are activated compared with that only one side in men when a smell is registered.
