Victoria Walton, LaChrecia Flournoy and Angelique Giantonio are the three women who were willing to suffer it all to look like Jennifer L opez, their body ideal, by doing workouts at the crack-of-dawn along with calorie restrictions. They stuck to their goal by taking care of their diet, focusing on fitness, avoiding pantry raids and losing pounds in 8-weeks time, while their target being end of 12 weeks to makeover from Flab to Fab debuts on VH1.
