The package deal: how Erica O'Malley found a new job ? and took her team along for the ride

Article Abstract:

Following the demise of Arthur Andersen after its indictment in the Enron scandal, Erica O'Malley was faced with losing her job. She headed a specialty practice within Arthur Andersen that audited employee benefits. After deciding she did not want her group of employees to be split up, O'Malley, along with senior manager Debbie Smith, found jobs and flexible work schedules for their group at Grant Thornton.
