How to rally corporate support for your events

Article Abstract:

Corporate support lends importance to the status of a planned event. It takes careful planning to ensure that activity planners are able to solicit the needed materials and services from their potential corporate sponsors. Prior knowledege about a company and its set-up can facilitate subsequent discussions. Letters which give specific details of the proposed event should also state the benefits that a sponsor can derive and outline the type of donation that they can provide. Strengthening ties with sponsors will ensure their continued support for future endeavors.
