Article Abstract:

William Byham points out that baby boomers will be more like their parents and grandparents at 50 so they could work longer if they want to. Byham also says that around 60 to 70 percent of people in their 60's and 70's want to put off retirement because they will miss the camaraderie and challenge at work or they can't afford to retire.
