How you can carry the leadership torch

Article Abstract:

Seven ways by which a woman can be considered a leader in her field are presented. These are: planning one's way to success, establishing credibility by rehearsing and sharpening skills, being visible and acknowledging credit for achievements, finding a mentor who is more experienced, finding ways to assure promotion or marketability and directly relating to people to gather information.
