"I can't take it anymore!" (stress management)(includes test for continuing education credit)

Article Abstract:

Stress can ruin people's personal lives, work lives and finances. In addition, it can create a wide range of health problems, such as ulcers, insomnia, high blood pressure, headaches, sexual dysfunction and heart attacks. Stress is estimated to cause about 75% of all medical complaints and cost businesses approximately $150 billion every year. Fortunately, stress can be controlled. An 11-point action plan for stress management is presented.

Psychologically toxic office space

Article Abstract:

The factors that lead to stress at the workplace are discussed. Excessive stress that American workers are undergoing is harmful to their health. Such excessive stress creating environment is termed as psychologically toxic work environment. Suggestions on setting priorities, managing stress and time are presented.
