Katie Soost weighed 160 pounds who is very much fond of junk food and constantly snacked on fried onions, cheesy appetizers and bread dipped in ranch dressing. After a healthy baby, she switched to vegetables, fruit, low-fat pudding and a big salad for lunch, which made her reduce weight. The way in which she acquired her original fit body is discussed.
