Research has shown that a lot of pills that one uses for birth control, or as mood stabilizers and antidepressants among other medications cause weight gain. Steroids, which are prescribed to ease the suffering of asthma patients, leads to water retention thus causing weight gain. Different ways to combat these problems and stay slim are suggested.
