Parents share techniques on how to develop responsibility among family members in doing the household chores. They emphasized using an egalitarian approach among family members, expressing gratitude for works done, making the chores fun, rotating chores and creating a game plan.

Two men and their babies

Two fathers talk about their decision to take paternity leaves after their children were born. Both men gained first-hand experiences on the difficulties of caring for babies. Their bosses and co-workers also supported their decision to take a leave.
