A woman suffering from a movement disorder called Dopa-responsive dystonia (DRD) finally learned what disorder she acquired after another woman told her of the disease through the Internet. After days of taking the drug Sinemet, the woman was able to walk without crutches during the night.

Sex abuse can have serious medical consequences

Most women with physical ailment or other health problems were found to have encountered psychological traumas in their past. Common symptoms include irritable bowel syndrome, pelvic pain, discomfort or pain during intercourse, fibromyalgia and migraines.
