The problems faced by families of workaholic women are discussed, which also affect the health of their children. A mother discusses that in order to stop herself from going back to her hectic days of work, she opted for a memory book and filled it with photos of her family enjoying fun things together that helped her to make the right choice between sharing special moments with her family or working.

Some employers think that women won't have much commitment or ability to put in time once they have a family. Even though, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act was passed more than 25 years ago, which outlawed pregnancy bias in the workplace, employers still are not getting the message.
