Learn to be a leader

Most people can learn to be a leader by developing certain skills such as working well in a team, valuing people's differences, planning and adapting to change. Developing these skills can help in gaining promotion, involvement in plannning company events, increased job duties and salary increases. Ways of building leadership skills include running for local ABWA office, training courses, communication with others in the office, and volunteer work.
