Life after 30
Article Abstract:
A woman shares her experiences, as well as, the techniques she used to lose weight. At the age of 30, she was 169 lbs. but was able to lose 26 lbs. when she turned 32. To maintain her weight, she indulged in weight training and focused more on health rather than weight loss, and diet.

Article Abstract:
A woman shares her experiences, as well as, some techniques on losing weight. She began her weight loss program by eating a low-fat diet, walking and joining a local health club. To maintain a proper weight, she indulged on a scheduled exercise and developed a healthful diet.
