Making history

Article Abstract:

Andrea Harris, a member of American Business Women's Association, has started two exhibitions of her paintings in Chicago on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of Women's History Month, i.e., March, 2006. It may be recalled that the month of March came be known as such after President Jimmy Carter asked Americans to acknowledge the contribution of women to America. A brief profile of Harris is also presented.

President's roundtable: meeting the needs of a diverse membership

Article Abstract:

The chapter and network presidents of American Business Women's Association (ABWA) discussed the matter of meeting the needs of variety of its members at the President's Roundtable during the 2002 American Business Women's Association Spring Conferences. The ideas that were put forth to serve a diverse membership are highlighted.
