A hectic schedule should not be used as an excuse for not exercising. Since exercise actually helps people cope better with stress, busy people must find time for it. Fitness could be worked into one's life by boosting one's daily activity level, such as using the stairs or walking to and from work.

A death in the family may be a traumatic experience especially for children. However, parents could help their children deal with the pain of losing a loved one by showing unrelenting support. They should encourage children to bid farewell to the deceased in their own meaningful way.
