At different times in life many individuals, especially women experience mood swings and different people use different methods to overcome this problem including watching a movie or gorging on comfort foods. Clinical psychologists have developed a five-step technique that will help one differentiate mood swings and combat the emotional turmoil they face when experiencing such swings.
