Managing projects, priorities & deadlines

Article Abstract:

Businesswomen can achieve and maintain a successful career without sacrificing their personal life through effective time management. An important rule to remember in business management is to separate business from pleasure and to prioritize responsibilities. This can be done by creating a personal mission statement that defines their personal and corporate objectives and by scheduling activities in advance to provide ample time to respond to interruptions or emergencies. A factor which can also help women achieve this goal is by maintaining clear communication with co-workers and employees.
