Women often find it difficult to perform their job when their manager or superior is difficult to please and tends to embarass employees who do not meet their expectations. Women should try to bridge the gap by talking with the manager concerned and asking them about their needs and expectations about their employees. Throughout the dialogue, it is important to remain respectful, calm, diplomatic, sensitive and professional. In the process, women will also learn more about themselves and their responsibilities and skills.
