March to stop right's anti-abortion legislation, lies
Article Abstract:
The anti-abortion law is one of the issues that the Fight to Right March, organized by NOW, intends to raise. The Congress has restricted the access to abortion for federal workers and their families, military families, and women serving in Bosnia. The religious right activists have resorted to pasting false and misleading advertisements claiming links between abortion and breast cancer. While NOW is all set to challenge the legislation to fight for women's reproductive rights, advocates are trying for judges' and juries' rulings against anti-abortion laws and activists.
