Mind your migraines: you can help control headaches without using drugs

Article Abstract:

Nondrug therapies can reduce migraine frequency and intensity by 30% to 45%. These include hypnotherapy involving the relaxation and control of blood vessels, determining and avoiding triggers and biofeedback which involves learning how to alter the body's responses to an oncoming headache.

Ticking time bomb
