More than queasy: surviving pregnancy when you have a severe form of morning sickness

Article Abstract:

Hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) is an uncommon and extreme variation of morning sickness, which affects only one or two percent of the pregnant women. Women suffering from HG are administered intravenous fluids and, later on, they may be prescribed anti-nausea medication or a combination of vitamin and sleeping tablets.

Pregnancy and diabetes

Article Abstract:

Diabetes affects eight million American women and is the fifth deadliest disease in the United States, and pregnant women are more scared as this would affect the health of their baby. If one gets proper medical treatment, neither the baby nor the mother has to suffer from this very serious but manageable disease.

Article Abstract:

Several guidelines given by pediatrician on how to loose weight during pregnancy and workouts to be undertaken are presented. Guidelines include focusing on core muscles, eating small meal every three to four hours, doing cardio exercise, strollercize walk and sleep when baby sleeps.
