Article Abstract:

Scientists say that, the more they try to uncover ways to fight diseases the more they find that most of the commonly available foods are great ways by which one can prevent diseases. Experts say that eating citrus fruits every day helps fight common colds while reducing intake of salts helps in fighting blood pressure and adding a glass of milk to every day diet helps one fight the risk of osteoporosis.
