Natural allergy relief

Article Abstract:

Millions of Americans are affected by some sort of allergy every year including running nose, watery eyes and many don't know how to combat these allergies without visiting doctors who prescribe medicines that make one drowsy. Alternative medicine experts suggest some simple home remedies that will ease the suffering caused by such allergies and these include exercising, taking up yoga, or going in for acupressure sessions.

"My whole face just went whoosh." (latex allergies)

Many people are developing allergic reactions to latex, which prompted US and Canadian health authorities to increase public awareness to the condition by issuing guidelines. Latex sensitivity caught medical attention in 1988, when high levels of anaphylactic reactions to latex were reported.
