Article Abstract:
A fitness director from the Duke University Diet and Fitness Center designed a exercise program for women who are between 30 and 50 pounds overweight. The three-month program starts out with a one month walking program that includes stomach exercises. The next two months combine strength training and cardiovascular exercise.
